Dividing the properties of the late Karbalayi Zayn al-ʻAbidin from Kumachal of Lahijan, including his land, farms, and buildings, among his inheritors, as follows: ʻAli Jinab receives two-elevenths of farm land in Kumachal, Shaykh Muhammad Mahdi and his sisters, Halimah and Sarah, receive four-elevenths of their father's land, Mulla Mahmud and his sister, Hajarah Khanum, receive three-elevenths of their father's land, and Karbalayi Mirza Baqir receives two-elevenths of the land. Settlement between Talib, son of Rajab ‘Ali from Kabinah/Gabinah in Lahijan, with power of attorney from his permanent wife, Hasaniyah Khanum, daughter of ‘Ali Naqi from Kabinah/Gabinah in Lahijan, and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, known as Khanumi Khanum, daughter of Haj Abu al-Qasim, exchanging three pieces of land located in the Yusuf neighborhood of Dumuchal [Dumchal] village in Lahijan for twelve tumans and five thousand dinars.
